Most people anticipate getting married someday. While it is quite easy for a man to get married, for women, it is a different ball game. In most cases, a financially stable man can easily marry any woman of his choice as long as he is mentally ready for marriage.

Unfortunately, it is not so for the woman. No matter how beautiful or how wealthy a woman is, it is no guarantee that she would get a husband. Ironically, in our world, it is somewhat degrading and shameful for a woman to propose to a man. Even when a woman desires to have a man for a husband, all she can do is to hope and pray for the man to propose to her.

Most women believe that proposing to a man will strip them of their dignity, so they rather bottle up their feelings while they continue to hope and pray, and in some cases, they lose the man. But it is not the woman’s fault as that is how nature design it to be.

However, it is notable to mention that some women remain unmarried till they get old due to their fault as they were choosy, looking for Mr. Right while they were still young and beautiful, making them reject many suitors.

As the years roll by, they realize that age is no longer on their side and their biological clock is ticking away, so they become desperate to get married and settle for a man that is not their choice. However, some accept their fate and remain single and sometimes childless all the days of their lives.
