3.Taking A Shower: For some of us who don’t know, when we bath, blood goes more to our hands and legs, leaving the stomach with less blood flow. This means that at that point, the stomach is incapable of absorbing the needed nutrients from meals. Taking a bath immediately after eating is therefore, not ideal.
