AFCON 2022: Check Out The Confirmed Fixtures For Friday And Saturday

Action will continue in the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) this weekend with more intriguing games lined up for the African football enthusiasts, as the tournament continues with the 33rd edition of the biannual football competition that is being organized by the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF).

Friday’ s Fixtures:

Senegal will confront Guinea in first game of the day on Friday, at Stade Kouekong, where the Téranga Lions will be aiming to get their second victory of the tournament against the National Elephants of Guinea who will also be looking for their second victory of the competition.

Malawi will confront Zimbabwe in the evening kick- off game of the day at Stade Kouekong, where both teams will be looking for their first victory of the tournament after losing their first opening games.

Morocco will lock horns with Comoros in the evening kick- off the day at Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo, where the Atlas Lions will be searching for their second victory of the tournament against Comoros who lost their opening game of the competition.

Gabon will entertain Ghana in the late kick off game of the day at Stade Ahmadou, where Gabon will be looking for their second victory in the competition, while Ghana on the other hand will be searching for their first victory after losing their opening game.

Saturday’ s Fixtures:

Nigeria will confront Sudan in the evening kick- off game of the day at Stade Roumde Adjia, where the Super Eagles will be aiming to book their spot in the next phase of the competition, while Sudan on the other hand will be searching for their first victory of the competition.

Guinea- Bissau will lock horns with Egypt in the late kick- off game of the day at Stade Roumde Adjia, where the Pharaohs will be aiming for their first victory of the tournament after their disappointing 1- 0 loss to Nigeria. Guinea- Bissau on the other hand will also be looking for their first victory of the tournament after the 0- 0 draw with Sudan in their opening game.
