White bread has a very high amount of highly processed flour and additives which are not healthy for you hence avoid it as you age. The nutritional value of white bread is low with a low level of fiber hence consume more of plant protein.
Too much intake of salt is not good for you and can lead to kidney stone. When you consume too much salt, it can increase your risk of high blood pressure , stroke and other heart disease due to its high amount of sodium hence avoid it.
