I prefer taking natural medicine than the ones made in laboratories, this is because I appreciate the fact that God has made available these plants, herbs and foods and given them the healing ability to make us feel better.
I do advice people to do seek medical help when they do have a medical condition though because my herbal mixes are for preventive measures not for treating severe medical conditions.
Today we will be talking about how I mix tiger nut drink and Lipton and what benefits it adds to me. Firstly let us see the individual properties of these natural foods.
The tiger nut drink is made from the tiger nut, by soaking in water to soften and then blending before extracting the juice. In recent times, this drink has gotten more popular because of its great taste and how beneficial it is to the human body. Some of its benefits include magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, zinc. Making bones stronger, and carrying out a lot of other important functions.
The Lipton tea on the other hand is a great source of antioxidants that helps to repair and prevent wear and tear, reduce inflammations and improve heart health. So how did I mix these the tea and the drink together?
Like I said to get the tiger nut juice, you have to soak it In water for a full day so that it will become soft because it is very strong. Then when it is soft, blend it properly till its smooth and sieve out the juice with a white clean cloth.
You then add your bags of Lipton inside and allow it to absorb the nutrients inside the bag of tea. Now drink this 3 times daily.
It helped to boost my immune system
helped to slow down ageing, giving me smooth and clear skin.
