EXPOSED! See Why El- Rufai Is Begging Nigerians Not To Vote PDP In 2023

The executive Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El- Rufai, has taken out time to speak about the main opposition party, PDP as the 2023 general elections draw closer. It can be said that the recently held National Convention of the PDP has awakened politicians in the other parties to be acquainted with the reality in PDP because many Nigerians previously had the thought that the PDP were in crisis until last month when they successful had their national convention.

The Kaduna State Governor will be rounding up his second tenure as the governor of Kaduna State, making him pave way for another person to take over the State government House on May 29, 2023.

Meanwhile, El- Rufai has made it known that he is with no intention to contest for President or Vice President of Nigeria in the forthcoming election neither would he go into the Senate.

However, the Governor has pleaded with Nigerians not to allow the opposition, the People’ s Democratic Party take over power in the 2023 elections. The question now is why is El- Rufai begging Nigerians not to vote for PDP in 2023?

El- Rufai is a former Minister of FCT who was also a non- repentant critic of Goodluck Jonathan’ s administration. However, he is now of the belief that the 16 years of the PDP rule in Nigeria is not something to speak of for Nigerians but for Nigerians who appreciate the administration of Buhari.

In the report by Vanguard newspaper, the Kaduna State has claimed that the People’ s Democratic Party will drag the country backwards despite the progress made so far. He put it forward that in the case that PDP is returned to power in 2023, it is best to say that the country has successfully gone back to years of mismanagement of resources.

Although, many Nigerians would have spoken against El- Rufai’ s claim have analysed his statement and evaluated the current situation of the country. The insecurity in Nigeria as well as the high cost of living could push anyone to prefer the PDP regime to the APC regime.

Away from that as it’ s left for Nigerians to pick their preferable political party. El- Rufai has soon forgotten that he was among PDP political leaders that held power in Nigeria for not less than 16 years. Former President Olusegun Obasanjo chose him as the FCT Minister, he was also a close ally of President Jonathan when he was the VP until both called off their political friendliness after the 2011 presidential poll.
