Father Stormed Abeokuta Secondary School With Thugs After Teacher Flogged His Daughter, See What Happened Next


An Abeokuta man and his daughter and some thugs are now in police custody after the man invited thugs into his daughter’ s secondary school to deal with the teacher who flogged his daughter.

The father of the female student, a 35- year- old man named Abidemi Oluwaseun m’ 35, was arrested for invading a public school with thugs to attack a teacher who he accused of beating his 15- year- old daughter today October 12, 2021.


According to the information surrounding the news, the incident happened at Baptist Girls College Idiaba Abeokuta. The teacher was said to be in class teaching the students when the suspect’ s daughter started to make fun of the teacher.

Other students too joined the act by making fun out of the way their teacher is teaching them. This, according to the teacher, made other students feel distracted including himself.


The teacher then flogged the 15- year- old girl as a corrective measure not to repeat the same. But the girl quickly ran home to tell his father who then contacted some cutlass- wielding thugs. Together, they stormed the school to deal with the teacher who flogged her daughter.

Luckily, the school principal called the police on time and they arrested them before they caused more havoc. The arrested thugs are Fayesele Olabanji, 25yrs old, and Alebiosu Quawiyu, another 24- year- old man.

In confirming the ignoble incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the command received a distress call, and DPO of Kemta division, CSP Opebiyi Sunday, mobilized his men and moved to the scene where the three men were apprehended right inside the school premises with their weapons and a Toyota vehicle they came with.


‘ ‘ The unregistered Toyota car and the cutlass were recovered from them. On interrogation, Abidemi Oluwaseun confirmed hiring the other two men to the school to teach the teacher who beat his daughter a lesson of his life.

Preliminary investigation revealed that, while the teacher was teaching, some of the students including the suspect’ s daughter were mocking the teacher and distracting other students. The teacher after identifying those disturbing the class gained them as a corrective measure, but the suspect’ s daughter went home and reported to her father consequent upon which her father mobilized two thugs and stormed the school with a cutlass, ” the police PPRO said in a statement.


Meanwhile, the matter is now being handled by the command. The CP, Lanre Bankole, has ordered that the suspects be properly investigated and charged to court. He also warned that the command under his watch will not tolerate such unruly behavior in any public or private institution.
