They campaigned for an end to bad governance and so on. Security forces still arrested some of them before releasing them.
One of the protesters told the news agency that police had detained them before releasing them. ” I am here to reform Nigeria. We are tired, we are tired of oppression and killings, we are looking for a better Nigeria, ” said one protester.
