Former President Olusegun Obasanjo was in Akure, Ondo state for a meeting on Friday, September 25.
What he did at the meeting made it more to the news. To honour 94-year-old Pa Reuben Fasoranti, whose house hosted the meeting, Obasanjo sat on the floor.
Obasanjo’s lively personality is an infective one. Little wonder there is never a dull moment wherever he is.
In a picture shared by PM News, the former president could be seen sitting on the floor, wearing a smile with his signature cap on.
The camera captures the 94-year-old sitting on the chair. Beside Obasanjo on the floor is Basorun Seinde Arogbofa.

He said that it would be charitable in the wider interest of the state and country for Obaseki to tow the path of magnanimity.
The former president in a statement issued on Monday, September 21, by his special assistant on media, Kehinde Akinyemi, said the success recorded by the governor at the last governorship election in the state, was a proof that the people valued his leadership and appreciated the efforts made thus far on their behalf.
In other news, a Nigerian lady born in the UK, Aminat Sule, narrated how she became Nigeria’s former president Olusegun Obasanjo’s self-appointed PA.
She said that before she had an encounter with Obasanjo, she had always wanted to be the youngest first female foreign affairs minister for Nigeria, a dream that seemed tall considering the fact that she was born in the UK.
