After graduating from college, the two lovebird were absorbed by tye Teachers Service Commission (TSC) to teach in different schools. This became the first barrier of living together but they would ensure that they were together during holidays and weekends. At one time, they found themselves teaching in the same school where they were in charge of drama.
It was during the music festivals competitions when the two went against their responsibilities as teachers. As soon as they arrived at the competitions venue and ensured that their students were safe, they sneaked out leaving the students under the care if another teacher.
The two went ahead to tie the knot where they were pronounced to be husband and wife in a secretive ceremony which had only three witnesses. They had well prepared for their day since they had even bought wedding rings. After the wedding, they did a light reception where they ate snacks and then rushed back to the drama festivals venue as husband and wife so as to take their students back to school.
