Whenever you are in bed you encounter so many things that you may never even be able to control. When you sleep your body do some of the things that you cannot even know. It highly depends on whether you have been doing before you sleep.
Today in this article am going to share with you things that you are not supposed to be doing when you sleep so as to get a peaceful and satisfying night with no type of nightmares.
1) Please stop sleeping when the lights are on. They cause your eyes to strain so much.
2) Never ever argue with your partner in bed. Ut breaks the bond and you may never get enough sleep at night or you may be Sleepless totally.
3) Ensure that you have eaten a very well balanced diet whenever you go to sleep. Eat for your brain to be relaxed.
4) Never listen to very loud music before you sleep. It damages your ear drum.
5) If not instructed by the doctor never take sleeping pills.
