Congratulations have poured in for a Nigeria man on social media as he announced becoming a citizen of Germany.

Victor Akinbodunse, a graduate of Federal University of Technology, Akure said that he had left Nigeria to pursue a master’s degrees at University of Sustainable Development Eberswalde, Germany two days after his NYSC.

In a LinkedIn post, Victor stated that after more than 8 years of persistence, commitment and dedication he is finally a citizen.
Victor counts his blessings

Sharing cute family photos as he was presented with the citizenship certificate, Victor highlighted all his achievements.

According to Victor, apart from becoming a German, he proudly has two master’s degrees, a beautiful wife, two lovely kids, a good job and a home.

Victor went on to appreciate his dad whose financial contributions was pivotal to his academic successes

Nigerian man gets US citizenship after 13 years

Meanwhile,we previously reported that a Nigerian man had celebrated becoming a US citizen after 13 years.

Speaking with Legit.ng’s Tunde Ososanya, Wilfred said the training he received from his parents who were teachers was instrumental in having a clean record in the the US.

According to him, he mastered how to maximize his mindset to follow the way things work to better make all the needed upward movement.

He said:

“Most importantly, I had to take my time to learn the system by choosing my choice of friends. Then draw a road map to follow.”
