NNAMDI KANU Speaks From DSS Custody, See The Powerful Message He Sent To His Supporters

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has urged his supporters to remain disciplined despite his detention by the Department of State Services (DSS).

This was said in a statement issued by his lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, after his legal counsel visited him in DSS detention on Thursday.

According to a copy of the message obtained by SaharaReporters, the IPOB leader asks for prayers as his trial before the Nigerian government proceeds.

The statement went on to say that if any of the issues surrounding Kanu’ s mistreatment that were brought to the public’ s attention on Thursday continue, they will be brought to the attention of the international community.

” We met our client to inform him on a few points of significant concerns regarding continued positive development in the case following the 10th of November, 2021 outing, ” the statement stated.

” We had fruitful discussions with Onyendu, and he was very impressed by the tenacity of his fans, who beat all odds to appear in court at the last delayed date in a show of remarkable solidarity as he witnessed for himself on that day. ”

” However, we would like to use this means to express our gratitude for your understanding and support. ” The situation at hand is not as simple as you might think; it necessitates a dynamic strategic approach to appreciate each goal/aim at each level.

” You all may wish to note that our Client- Onyendu’ s kidnapping and extraordinary rendition to a Nigerian court to face trial on the basis of the frivolous 7- Count Amended Charge, with the Government of Nigeria spending vast sums of money for this purpose, goes to show that our Client- Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has not committed any offence known to any Nigerian law to warrant his abduction in the first place, let alone bringing him back to the country.
