NNAMDI KANU’S Lawyer Speaks Ahead Tomorrow’s Court Hearing; See What He Said

Ifeanyi Ejiofor, lead attorney for arrested Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader Nnamdi Kanu, has encouraged his client’ s friends and followers to remain calm when the court begins on Wednesday.

He informed Kanu that he is firm and prepared for the court hearing, and that his release is near, and that his followers should pray for him.

Following the legal team’ s visit to Kanu in the Department of State Services’ incarceration, he stated these in a statement made accessible to SaharaReporters on Monday night (DSS).

Kanu was also upset that some IPOB members were pointing accusing fingers at Mazi Kanunta Kanu, Carolyn Okoroafor, Madam Nnennaya Anya, and some people in the Directorate of Services (DOS), according to the lawyer, and that they should stop.

” Our whole team of lawyers visited our Client- Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for a required pre- hearing conversation, ” the statement stated.

” Recall that Onyendu’ s case was postponed to November 10th, 2021, for the hearing of our preliminary objection challenging the Court’ s jurisdiction to hear the 7- Count Amended spurious allegation brought by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

” The parties have exchanged processes, seemingly removing any uncertainty as to whether the application will be heard or not on November 10th, 2021. ”

Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, our client, was completely educated on all legal methods to be used in demystifying the smokescreen charge, as well as other convincing legal methodologies that will speed his unconditional release from custody.

” Onyendu was ecstatic, and as is his custom, he actively participated in the legal debate and provided pertinent and well- informed suggestions to our discussions.

” Our Client- Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu- noted with displeasure and rude shock the obviously false narrative being peddled by those whose primary intention is to cause mischief, and on that note, he specifically directed that we should inform those who care to listen that neither the trio of Mazi Kanunta Kanu, Carolyn Okoroafor, Madam Nnennaya Anya, nor any other person in the DOS were instrumental in his abduction in Kenya”
