The former minister of education and a well known human rights activist, Dr. Mrs. Oby Ezekwesili has issued out her June 12, democracy day advise to President Muhammadu Buhari and the federal government of Nigeria. Oby Ezekwesili is one woman who always speaks out when there is a need for her to do so without any fear or favour.
According to the former minister of education, she made it known that June 12 is here. Going further, she advised the government of Nigeria and President Buhari to try and respect the Constitution of Nigeria today and uphold the freedoms of citizens nationwide.
Furthermore, Oby Ezekwesili made it known that citizens freedom to speech, movement and association are guaranteed rights.
That is a good one from Oby Ezekwesili. President Muhammadu Buhari and those in government today should try and respect the Constitution of the country. These people protested previously, but now they don’t want anyone to protest. This is really bad and uncalled for. They should take this advise that was given to them by Mrs Oby Ezekwesili.
