To be candid, not every actor in the Nollywood industry can do what Nollywood actress, Foluke Daramola is doing in the Nollywood industry especially the Yoruba industry. To me, the beautiful woman is a rare gem and one of the actresses that should be celebrated more for her effort especially to the ageing actors in the industry.
Just as I said earlier, not every actor can do what Foluke Daramola is doing in the industry. The actress has been so helpful to the ageing Nollywood practitioners by providing them with necessary things that would help ease their life.
The actress launched a lifeline for ailing and aged veteran actors in the industry which many veterans like Peter Fatomilola, Sadiq Baba and Pa Kasumu(before death) and many other veterans are beneficiaries.
Foluke Daramola is a wonderful woman with a pure heart of Gold because hardly would you see other actors spends so much for their colleagues in the industry. Her initiative called the Para Africa foundation has helped many veterans overcome their crisis and their problems. The likes of Ojo Arowosafe, Agbako and many others would be grateful to the actress for her effort in helping them during their ordeal.
Foluke Daramola brings awareness to all Nigerians about how these veteran actors are doing.
Just yesterday, the beautiful actress posted photos and a video of Nollywood veteran, Iyabo Oko who was reported to have been sick for 5 years. This awareness by her would further help the Nollywood actress to get the required help and get back to her feet again
This woman with a big and beautiful heart also celebrates these veterans and makes sure she keeps getting updated about their life by checking on them. According to her, she is doing all this because she saw that many of the veterans has been cut off from the activities of acting and are either down with one ailment, emotional and economic issues without help and can’t watch to see these veterans continue living in pains.
With the help of Foluke Daramola, many veterans have been able to overcome their problems and I pray Iyabo Oko would also overcome her illness.
