Roman Catholic Church Takes Final Decision On Gay Marriage And Homosexuals

It’s no longer news that a lot of Christians are curious and eager to know the decision of the Roman Catholic church concerning gay couples and marriages. It’s important to know that some churches support and practise gay marriage while others believe it’s against the commandments of God.

However, The Vatican on Monday revealed that the Catholic Church does not have the right and they cannot bless gay marriages in the Church.

It’s important to know that the Vatican’s doctrinal office (Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, CDF) in a statement stated that Catholic priests and other Catholic ministers have been instructed to desist from ordaining or blessing gay marriages.

Also, they revealed that the decision of the church concerning gay couples and marriages does not support the unjust discrimination of gays within the society.

However, Pope Francis disclosed that God has already blessed the union or the marriage between a man and a woman. He stated that such blessings cannot be extended to a marriage which involves the same gender (Gay marriage).

So, what do you think about this decision taken by the Catholic church concerning gay marriage in the church?.
