Suspected Gunmen Kill Pastor In Kaduna

Unknown gunmen have on Wednesday, September 11, killed a middle-aged resident pastor of Nasara Baptist Church, Asso Community in Jema’a Local Government area of Kaduna State, Rev. Alhamdu Mangadus.

Naija News understands that the Pastor was killed on his farm while cultivation some of his crops.

According to a source, the gunmen alleged to be Fulani militias were said to have opened fire on the pastor while he was working on the farm at around 1pm, Wednesday afternoon.

Although, Naija News as at the time of this report is yet to categorically confirm if the perpetrators of the crime are Fulani herdsmen, however, efforts to get the council chairman, Jema’a local government area, Mr Peter Danjuma Averik, to comment on the incident proved abortive as he did not respond to phone calls put to him at the time of filing this report, Daily Post reports.
