WE GOT IT WRONG! ! Buhari Received Shock Of Life As Lamido Sanusi Drops Bombshell Over Nigeria’s Situation
Muhammadu Sanusi II, ex- CBN governor and ex- Emir of Kano, has chastised politicians for failing to save Nigeria from its current state.
Political office holders, according to Sanusi, are to blame for the country’ s terrible state. He added that Nigeria’ s issues are greater than what the country faced in 2015.
According to The Cable, Muhammadu Lamido Sanusi II, the former Emir of Kano, the current status of the country is a tremendous disaster.
The ex- CBN governor made the remarks on Thursday, August 4, at the Akinjide Adeosun Foundation (AAF) leadership colloquium and award event in Lagos state.
While expressing his concern about the current state of affairs in the country, the economic expert says that while he thought 2015 was bad, things are now exceedingly bad.
Sanusi said: ” And if anybody does not understand that we are in a complete mess, we are. We were in a deep hole in 2015. And between 2015 and now, we have been digging ourselves into a deeper hole. ”
Sanusi chastised those in charge, claiming they lack a sense of urgency. He argued that the country’ s existing revenue cannot even service its debt.
He bemoaned the fact that there are so many people out there who are capable and enthusiastic about doing a decent job but have been denied the opportunity.
