Why do Russian presidents travel by a helicopter more often than presidents of Western countries?

Unfortunately, Moscow, the capital city of Russia, has the second-worst traffic jams in the world, in as much as road transpiration is concerned, according to the latest research. In fact, only Los Angeles in the United States of America has the worst traffic in the world.

Now, the Russian president never stands in jams, this is by honor of his Office, but the movement of his motorcade creates jams for other drivers. That’s why choosing flying over driving was a smart and thoughtful decision for both President Putin and Prime Minister Medvedev.

Also, considering the cascading loss of money from traffic jams, putting the economic providence of the citizens at hearts, Putin probably saves money for the country, rather than waste it, when he flies to work. And, of course, he supports the Russian helicopter industry by exclusively flying Mi-series helicopters, which in turn, directly contributes to the economy of the country.
