An elderly Kenyan woman, Lucy Njeri, recently appeared in the Makadara Court, facing assault charges against her ex husband.
Her former husband, Geoffrey Nyebere, accuser her of physically assaulting him. He pressed charges against her and she was ordered to go to court. However, in court she gave a completely different and hilarious story.
Geoffrey said that she assaulted him on the 16th of January.
She said, “He had been abusing me our whole marriage. His machine is too big and I don’t enjoy. So I left him, but he keeps coming to me and annoying me after I clearly told him that I don’t want him anymore.”
She clearly told him that she didn’t want to be with him, but he would purposely provoke her so she would get in trouble with the law. She said that she would harass her, when she would report him to the police, he would file a counterclaim against him. No action would be taken after that.”
She said that she left him because he had a very big machine and she couldn’t handle it.
She was asked whether she knew that the machine was huge before she married him. She said no.
